Simple Shirt er en alsidig overdel med få strømlinede elementer: Knapstolpen er foldet og manchetten forenklet, så ingen avancerede syfærdigheder kræves. Når manchetten knappes, danner der sig naturligt et elegant læg. Skjorten er uden krave og afsluttes i halsen ved hjælp af skråbånd. Skjorten har et kurvet bundforløb samt en firkantet brystlomme på venstre side.
