Favorite Shirt draws inspiration from the classic polo shirt, featuring a one-piece collar, a clean silhouette and a single pocket. The shirt simply slips on over the head, making it an approachable project for sewists of all levels.

SEWING PATTERN: PDF pattern in A4 format. A4 format fits US letter size (8.5/11"). Do not scale the print file. Must be printed full scale/100%. Sizes are nested and can be separated during printing by using Acrobat Reader.

This pattern has a relaxed fit, designed to have an oversized silhouette. The shirt is pulled on over the head, so it requires a generous chest width and deep armholes.

Measure around the widest part of your chest and add ease to your measurement. The shirt is designed to have approximately 36cm (14.2") ease.

For this pattern you need following materials

Fabric consumption (based on a 150cm (59.1") wide fabric)

XS: 166cm (65”)

S: 170cm (67”)

M: 173cm (68”)

L: 177cm (69”)

XL: 180cm (71”)

Add 7-10% for shrinkage

You also need 20cm (8") interfacing for the facing. A a woven type of interfacing is recommended, e.g. Vlieseline G710 (55 g/m².
