Cotton Velvet - Brown Stripes is a tightly woven cotton. A crisp shirt fabric with a velvet surface. The base is white with brown stripes.
Use this fabric for adult pieces as well as children's. Recommended projects are casual pants, an over-shirt, a spencer dress or accessories. A good choice for beginner sewers. It is very easy to work with.
This is a dead stock fabric and for that reason limited and cannot be restocked.
